This project involved a simple museum fit-out in a shell formed by another contractor. The initial design intent was design developed by our in-house team to ensure full co-ordination and optimised outcomes for all, taking the project to a co-ordinated turnkey service.  The works comprised of the fit-out of the shop, reception area and gallery and the formation of new exhibition areas over ground floors within the new Museum building.  Works included the installation of joinery framework to house display cases and graphics installation.

For the required manufactured exhibition components, there was a design development and approval process period and upon sign off the manufacture period commenced to ensure sufficient time for production, quality control, delivery to site and installation to meet the programme requirements.

We supplied and installed bespoke manufactured joinery including reception counter, storage, retail fixtures, exhibition components including display plinths, interactive units, AV units, lecterns, multimedia housing units and public gallery benches, with the items being manufactured within our factory.  We successfully liaised and co-ordinated with a number of specialist sub-contractors and suppliers for key components including display cases, acrylic casings and fittings, case lighting, ironmongery and other elements.

Throughout the duration of the project, from tender stage to completion, we worked closely with our specialist sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure that the expected exceptional quality standards and timescales were met.
