Building services are integral components of modern construction. Our in-house expertise provides solutions for these complex areas. Thomas Johnstone Limited have highly experienced Building Services Coordinators. We remove the “black art” that can often be presented around the delivery and coordination of extensive M&E installations. Fundamentally, we work between the significant Building Services contractor(s) and our Project Manager to produce a coordinated sequence of work and programming. This division also assists our Project Managers in producing an M&E Services testing, proving and commissioning programme. It runs in reverse order from the day of handover, with relevant manuals, back to when such information needs to be gathered and when various areas, rooms, and systems need to be completed for commissioning.

- Buildability, commission-ability and maintainability: M&E Project Management, which includes reviewing and advising on M&E elements through the pre-construction and construction phases and post-handover

- Quality Control: Continuous inspections and testing to ensure high quality, compatibility, user-friendliness and early identification and resolution of defects
