Set in the heart of the Advanced Manufacturing Innovation District for Scotland [AMIDS], our modern 30,000 sq. ft. facility manufactures standard and bespoke high quality furniture for clients from a range of sectors including hospitality, leisure, commercial, education, healthcare, retail and residential. We employ a skilled team and continuously invest in technologically advanced software and machinery. Our set-up allows us to efficiently manufacture high quality furniture in Scotland to our clients’ specifications.
We pride ourselves on providing a personal service, delivering exceptional quality and exceeding our clients’ expectations. Our culture is to “get it right first time” and deliver items with zero defects every time.

We can deliver furniture flat packed or fully assembled and our specialist team offer on site installations.

Michael Hillman
Manufacturing DirectorOver the past 19 years, I have worked in various roles within the division; building my knowledge on how each area works. Now, as the head of Manufacturing, I’m keen to grow and build on our already successful division: ensuring we mix traditional craftsmanship with modern ways of working and maintaining the high quality we are known for.
Ian MacInnes
Design ManagerFor over 30 years I have been a part of TJL’s design development process for both standard and bespoke furniture pieces and other manufactured joinery: from one-off display units to mass produced casegoods and everything in between. I manage our talented design team, ensuring that we exceed clients’ expectations.

Workshop ManagerAfter lots of hard work, at 27 I became Workshop Manager for TJL. I have lots of ideas and plans for our division, and I’m committed to continuing to deliver exceptional quality. I want us to have the best of everything and that starts with having the best people, which I truly believe we have here.

Manufacturing Cost ManagerSince joining TJL in 2017, I’ve been applying my knowledge and experience to my role and working with the team to maximise the output of the manufacturing division.
