Ross MacLeod

Workshop Manager

Joining TJL in September 2015 as a Manufacturing Assistant Manager, I progressed to Workshop Manager by 2018. In this role, I oversee the smooth and efficient production of all manufactured items, ensuring that our team members have the necessary resources to succeed. I work closely with site teams, clients, designers, and architects to ensure every product meets the exceptional quality standards for which TJL is known.

Stephen McManus

Workshop Supervisor

I began my journey with TJL in 1998 as a bench hand joiner. Over the past 27 years, I’ve gained extensive on-site experience as both a joiner and supervisor. In 2018, I stepped into the role of Workshop Supervisor, where I’m responsible for maintaining high-quality standards and ensuring projects stay on schedule. I work closely with the Machine Shop, Paint Shop, and Dispatch teams to keep production running seamlessly.
