Machine Shop Supervisor

I joined TJL in 1995. As the Machine Shop Supervisor, I oversee the daily operations within the machine shop. This includes managing the operatives and ensuring that all machinery is in safe working order and that health & safety are adhered to at all times. I liaise with our setting out department to ensure the most efficient methods are used.
