The Leddie, a boutique retreat in Aberlady, East Lothian, is all about life’s simple pleasures—a warm welcome, a perfectly crafted dish. To enhance this relaxed yet refined atmosphere, TJL’s Manufactured Joinery division created bespoke furniture, adding to the hotel’s unique charm.

Our team crafted custom desks, vanities, and dressing tables, all in rich mid-dark oak with green Forbo linoleum insets. The new reception desk sets the tone upon entry, while guest rooms feature wardrobes and headboards made from ash-veneered MDF with padded fabric inserts for comfort.

In the bar area, a bespoke back gantry and front bar, topped with Hi-Macs in ‘Belizzi,’ reflect the same materials as the guest room furniture. Dining tables were updated with matching stains and Corian centrepiece inserts. Mirrored banquet seating, joined with a ‘birdsmouth’ technique, adds visual interest and reflects our commitment to quality.
