Our relationships with our clients continue beyond the completion of our work. The TJL team believe that project aftercare actually commences from the moment we arrive on site. We involve the design team, client and the client's on site representatives in the construction process, allowing all parties to gain an intimate knowledge of the works as they progress - thus leading to easier aftercare and maintenance.
We not only provide a first class service throughout our projects, but also after the works are complete and we are no longer based on site. Further to project completion, our project team are always available to respond to any issues efficiently and effectively. Our aftercare commitment is supported by our proactive quality control measures, client demonstrations as works near completion and the issuing of O&M manuals before a site becomes 'live', allowing the client to operate their new facilities correctly. Final handover certainly does not mean the end of our communication with the client.
Our in-house Small Works division can provide a planned or reactive maintenance service if desired, where clients benefit from full access to the same materials, sub-contractors and suppliers used throughout the project. This allows us to continue to offer a seamless service beyond the completion of the main contract period.
