The external scaffolding has been removed and the internal works are pushing forward at our 329 High Street site.

These images, provided by Chris Stewart Group, show the amazing progress of what will be stylish serviced apartments: coming soon to the heart of the Old Town. Due to the historic nature of the building, each of the 24 serviced apartments will have unique features and layouts; meaning no two apartment is exactly the same. Our talented manufacturing team created individual manufactured components, some of which can be seen in the below images, to fit each individual apartment.

Work is also progressing on the ground floor, all day dining bar and restaurant: Luckenbooths. Our team are working hard to retain and refurbish the existing traditional features, such as the wooden window surrounds, while installing all necessary modern facilities including new M&E Services.
