Our Manufacturing division have been building these fantastic barn style doors for one of our hospitality sector clients to add a level of privacy between the bathroom and bedroom areas. We are also adapting the original dimensions to create a number of disabled access doors which are slimmer and lighter.

The images below show the process that the doors went through within our specialist Design and Manufacturing Facility in Inchinnan. The barn doors are created in our Joiners shop; the image below shows them being held in place with clamps once the individual parts have been assembled. They then are prepped before they go into our Paint shop to be stained and lacquered.

Made of American white oak, these doors are an imposing 2.3m tall and will make quite a statement in guest rooms. Keep an eye on our news page and social media channels to see these doors installed on site.
