Today marks #WorldMentalHealthDay2022

At TJL, ‘People’ is and always will be our first Core Value. Looking after the mental health of our colleagues is an important part of our ongoing commitment to and investment in our staff and we champion it today and every day.

Recognising the importance of looking after your mental health is a great first step in improving it. Our trained Mental Health First Aiders; open door policy; and regular social events where colleagues can unwind together are just some of the ways we support our team.
