Charlotte Square has a new tenant: luxury French designer Chanel has opened a temporary boutique at No. 8 Charlotte Square to showcase their Métiers D’art 2022/23 Collection.

TJL’s Small Works division restored the building in 2022: works included structural repairs to timber floors, external fabric repairs, installation of new lighting, fire alarm system and access controls. The flooring throughout the building’s 6 floors was refurbished and extensive decoration works were carried out to bring the elegance of the rooms back to life.

The luxury brand have further made their mark on the Square with a large advertisement on the exterior of our current 20-23 Charlotte Square project.
