Developing the Young Workforce held its annual STEM West event earlier this week, designed to encourage students to choose STEM subjects in school.

TJL’s Project Manager, Peter Weir, and Commercial Manager, Alex Paul, spent the day interacting with the 500 students who attended, giving their insights into careers within the construction industry.

They engaged students with rebus puzzles, shared their knowledge and experiences of working in construction and even brought some treats to sweeten the deal!
