We are delighted that our team have reached another major milestone on site at BT’s Alexander Bain House with the handover of two finished floors.

Works on the Glasgow city centre building have included downtakings, internal alterations, new wall/floor and ceiling finishes. We also installed a range of new fixed joinery, created in our 30,000 sq. ft. Inchinnan manufacturing facility.

When complete, the refurbishment which is being carried out as part of BT’s Better Workplaces programme, will see our team carry out over 3,200m² of improved office space over 5 of the building’s 6 floors.

The images below are of a completed floor just before hand over to our client and the difference between floors which have been completed in Phase 1 of the works and those that are yet to be refurbished in Phase 2.
