Located in the sought-after residential area of Ravelston, near Edinburgh city centre, Dunedin House was transformed from an office block into high-end apartments.

The project involved refurbishing a 1970s office block and creating a development of 32 two and three bedroom luxury apartments. The works included building an extra floor on top of the existing roof and undertaking extensive structural works to accommodate the flats. We finished all of the apartments to an exceptionally high standard with quality fittings, fixtures and finishings found throughout the building.

Residents of the building enjoy open plan living and kitchen areas, premium quality appliances and sanitaryware, private terraces and a gym which was created on the ground floor of the complex.
