Michael Hillman
Manufacturing DirectorOver the past 19 years, I have worked in various roles within the division; building my knowledge on how each area works. Now, as the head of Manufacturing, I’m keen to grow and build on our already successful division: ensuring we mix traditional craftsmanship with modern ways of working and maintaining the high quality we are known for.
Ian MacInnes
Design ManagerFor over 30 years I have been a part of TJL’s design development process for both standard and bespoke furniture pieces and other manufactured joinery: from one-off display units to mass produced casegoods and everything in between. I manage our talented design team, ensuring that we exceed clients’ expectations.

Workshop ManagerAfter lots of hard work, at 27 I became Workshop Manager for TJL. I have lots of ideas and plans for our division, and I’m committed to continuing to deliver exceptional quality.
