Team TJL Takes on Business Fives!
Some of the fitter members of Team TJL took on the challenge of the Glasgow Business Fives earlier this year.
The team came 3rd in the first round, securing their place in the national tournament last week.
Although they didn’t pick up any silverware in the final rounds, an excellent time was had by all and, most importantly, the team raised a fantastic £200 for Renfrewshire Foodbank.
Business Fives runs corporate charity football events throughout the UK, Ireland and beyond offering a mix of teambuilding and networking. They have worked with thousands of companies and raised over £440,000 for charity to date.
Renfrewshire Foodbank offers support to anyone at a time of crisis in Renfrewshire. They offer a short term service offering 3 day balanced nutritious food parcels to individuals and families who are in need.
