Our Small Works team have a strong, long-term relationship with STV; having provided a diverse range of services for many years. We have worked at multiple STV locations throughout the UK including the Pacific Quay office in Glasgow, the STV London office at Savoy Street and the Edinburgh, Inverness and Aberdeen offices.

The works at STV London were carried out within an occupied office block at a congested city centre location with the full office fit-out completed over a 4 week programme. The project involved the fit-out of meeting rooms, kitchen and breakout area. Similarly, works at STV Glasgow saw refurbishments to the kitchen areas featuring new booth seating, RES office, studio, edits and sound dubbing room alterations, and new seating at the stair landing area.

All of the works we have carried out at these various locations have ranged in size and scope, and include the refurbishment and fit-out of areas including both open plan and enclosed office spaces, meeting rooms, public areas and staff facilities.

Working in live office environments with very strict working hours and noise restrictions during TV recordings presented some challenges but the strong relationship between TJL and STV allowed us to mitigate any issues. We also continue to offer an ongoing repair and maintenance service for all locations.

Our Small Works team have used a coordinated approach; drawing upon the expertise of other TJL divisions, including Manufacturing, to provide STV with the highest quality service.
