For both the ibis Styles Glasgow Central (formerly Glasgow Centre West) and ibis Styles Glasgow Centre George Square hotels our team manufactured a wide range of case goods.
Our set-up and skillset facilitated both the manufacture of standard bedroom and public area furniture and bespoke pieces, whilst also retaining our exceptional levels of high quality across every individual item. Our design development, Machine shop, Joiner shop, Paint shop and site teams collaborated to ensure client satisfaction.
ibis Styles Glasgow Central Hotel
The ibis Styles Glasgow Central Hotel has quirky elements to fit the Glasgow music scene theme. We carefully crafted bespoke double, twin and accessible headboards with CNC designs showing nods to iconic venues including Barrowlands and The SSE Hydro. A mix of colourful and white case goods were also created including bright wall-mounted TV units, wardrobes and hanging spaces, bedside tables, laptop tables, full-length mirrors, cistern tops and vanity units.
We also manufactured a mix of public area furniture for the ground floor Tinderbox coffee shop including bar/coffee counter; conviviality unit; buffet counter; multiple fixed seating variations; bench seats and tables; poseur benches; bar gantry; various units; room dividers; and suspended MDF circular ceiling panels.
All of these items were installed on our site as part of the wider project formation and fit-out of the hotel.
ibis Styles Glasgow Centre George Square
Similar to the previously mentioned project, the ibis Styles Glasgow Centre George Square hotel includes fun elements to fit in with the broad theme of the accommodations – Glasgow’s diversity and charm.
We mass manufactured 100+ bedside tables, desks, mirrors, moveable tables, wardrobes, headboards, TV wall units, pelmets and vanity units for the bedrooms – producing standardised furniture to fit every bedroom whilst also achieving the traditional high quality standards associated with our factory.
For the public areas we also produced a range of pieces in our factory including bar gantry, reception desk, buffet unit, high and low tables, divider screens, kids PC bench, hospitality unit, banquette unit, and picture frames.
Again, these items were installed by our team as part of the wider hotel formation and fit-out.
