Martha Street Apartments – Bespoke Joinery in Glasgow
As part of the Love Loan development, TJL’s Manufacturing Division was appointed to deliver bespoke joinery for the new Martha Street Apartments in Glasgow. This 20-storey building, located just off George Square, was converted from a planned build-to-rent scheme into high-quality student accommodation.
Our team manufactured and installed a wide range of fitted furniture and case goods, including kitchens, wardrobes, desks, and communal seating. Working floor by floor, we delivered consistent quality across 179 apartments while also producing tailored joinery for the shared amenity spaces, such as the gym, cinema, and meeting rooms. The result is a cohesive, durable, and contemporary finish that enhances both the private apartments and the wider student community areas.
