We provide high-quality construction services across Scotland and the UK. These include specialist fit-out, manufactured joinery, building works, small works and maintenance, decorating, and building services/M&E coordination.
Yes, we manage large construction projects such as new builds, alterations, restorations, and other major works, combining modern techniques with high-quality craftsmanship. We have a 30,000 sq ft in-house Manufactured Joinery workshop delivering bespoke joinery and mass-produced furniture for sectors like hospitality, leisure, education, and healthcare. Some of our work is part of our core projects, while other work is for external clients. We do this on both supply-and-fit and supply-only basis.
Absolutely. Our Small Works division handles reactive and planned maintenance, repairs, refurbishments, and renovations with the same attention to quality as our larger projects. Delivering around 200 projects each year gives us the experience and expertise required to support every Small Works and maintenance project. Please note that these services are focused on commercial and hospitality environments, and we do not undertake works within private residential properties.
Our Building Services (M&E Coordination) team supports projects with mechanical and electrical coordination, design review, buildability advice, contractor selection, commissioning programmes, and quality control.

Our head office is in Inchinnan Business Park, Renfrewshire, Scotland, and we deliver projects across Scotland and throughout the UK. In addition, we also have an office in Edinburgh at 14 New Mart Rd, Edinburgh EH14 1RL.
We were established in Ayrshire in 1868, giving us over 150 years of experience in construction, fit-out, and manufacturing.
