A couple of our recent completions include:

Martha Street Apartments

At Martha Street Apartments in Glasgow’s Love Loan neighbourhood, we delivered the full interior fit-out along with mechanical and electrical installations on behalf of Chris Stewart Group. We played a key role in bringing this 20-storey, 179-bed student accommodation development to completion, including high-quality amenity spaces such as a gym, cinema, meeting rooms, and ground-floor retail units. In addition, our Manufactured Joinery division also crafted bespoke pieces for the public spaces, as well as standard furniture for all bedrooms and kitchens.

Lower Gilmore Place

At Lower Gilmore Place in Edinburgh, we delivered high-quality student accommodation for Glencairn Properties. We completed 74 rooms along with modern communal spaces, including dining areas, reception zones, and landscaped external areas. We used prefabricated bathroom pods and modular construction techniques to improve efficiency and reduce waste. The development is located in the regenerated Fountainbridge area, alongside the Union Canal, enhancing sustainable city-centre living. Our work showcases innovative construction methods while creating a vibrant, functional environment for students in Edinburgh.
