Agilent Technologies, Edinburgh

Formation of new office facilities at Edinburgh Park, now to be followed by a further extension and fit-out.

Located within the ground and first floors of an office development, this project was to form new high quality office facilities including; new meeting spaces, break out facilities, data centre, new comms installation and complex M&E works.

In addition to internal partitioning, high quality bespoke joinery elements were added to create the desired corporate image, glazed partitions were used to form offices, reception area, server room, Costa space, custom mail room furniture and viewing windows.

A robust programme of works ensured that the complex M&E was interlaced within the fit-out works, including high security data cabling, crack units, fan coil units, new data centre and various small power and new lighting.

All of the above works were completed on time and within the client’s budget and as such has led on to further direct negotiated works to expand into the second floor of the building.
