Barnton Avenue
Edinburgh

Overlooking the prestigious Royal Burgess Golf Course, and within a desirable area of Edinburgh, our client required a new build, exclusive and substantial 3-storey private home.

In addition to a structure incorporating in-situ concrete foundations and poured floor slab, the external finishes include stonework, lead and slate roofing, the formation of spired turret, and vast glazing to the rear of the property.

Located throughout the property, this project called for the incorporation of significant elements of complex domestic leisure facilities including a plunge pool, private gym and custom audio visual throughout.

Interior finishes are of an appropriately high, client specified, nature with suppliers from varied locations requiring close co-ordination to maintain tight programme deadlines. Bespoke furniture has also been commissioned from Thomas Johnstone to considerately integrate a number of personal items into a broader range of furnishings.
