The interiors required considerable structural alterations to accommodate a glass staircase, vast skylight, and modern domestic leisure facilities.
These works required outstanding attention to detail in the incorporation of state-ofthe-art energy management systems whilst undertaking a programme of specialist works to renovate and restore the extensive period features of the interior. Luxury finishes are applied throughout including a vast bespoke kitchen.
Externally, a two-storey structural glass enclosure was formed to provide contemporary space and allow natural light to permeate the lower floors of the original property. Substantial landscaping and close liaison with the landscape architect was required throughout the project duration to minimise the environmental impact of the construction works on the surrounding gardens.
