Refurbishment and structural alterations to a Victorian Building to form six high-end apartments.

The project comprised of the following works – The project consists of the strip out and partial demolition of a Victorian building spread over 4 levels. Significant structural alterations took place including the removal of gable walls, structural supports and the roof. The building was then made weather tight including the introduction of several new roof lights and roof terraces.

Internally, 6 high quality apartments were formed. Each property is accessed through a new common entrance door from the street up the original staircase. Each flat has oak flooring and tiles throughout and built-in bespoke furniture manufactured in TJL factory.

The garden to the rear has been landscaped, the commercial space adjacent has been made safe and fire proofed. A new emergency exit has been formed out the rear of the building.
