Ingliston Equestrian Centre

Formation and fit-out of a prestigious art-deco styled VIP Hospitality suite at one of Scotland’s foremost equestrian centres.

Completed on a 48 week programme, this £2.7m project involved the erection of a two storey steel frame and pre-cast extension to the existing main arena to form hospitality facilities.

The works included a new reception foyer, toilets and kitchen facilities at ground floor level, and a bar, fine dining restaurant and function suite on the first floor.

The dining area on the first floor extends onto a Champagne roof terrace, providing a VIP viewing area for competition events.

An exceptionally high build and fit-out quality was required throughout to reflect the high standard of hospitality offered at the venue along with a fluid approach to enable the incorporation of items acquired by the client during the refurbishment of The Savoy Hotel, London.

The successful delivery of this all-trade project has resulted in our appointment on a number of subsequent projects for this client and design team.
