This project consisted of developing the ‘A’ listed Forsyth House into a luxury apartment complex comprising 5 exclusive residential apartments, including an expansive 3,500 sq. ft. duplex penthouse apartment.

The luxury finishes throughout each apartment are a testament to the high quality of fit out that Thomas Johnstone are known for. We worked closely with the client and other stakeholders including existing neighbours to ensure works caused as little disruption as possible. This included a lot of co-ordination such as accepting deliveries at the rear of the building to minimise the impact on the ground floor restaurant, Dishoom.
