We worked closely with the client to transform a developer shell to create Scotland’s largest casino complex on the River Clyde with a high quality fit-out.

This project was very much a demonstration of the collaborative approach adopted by our in-house teams.  All areas of the business had to contribute expertise: building, M&E services, fit-out, manufacturing and decorating – to create a prestigious development exceeding the client’s expectations.

Our client looked to us to make significant contributions to the design development and buildability decisions for the property.  Due to the unique demographics of their membership, aspects of Feng Shui had to be taken account of and the overall design had to create the impression of a clear and unobstructed flow both in and out of the casino.

Taking this into consideration, and given the casino’s very close proximity to the River Clyde, a central feature “wave” was formed running from the entrance lobby, through the ground floor gaming area, and rising on concealed mounts 18 metres up to weave through the central atrium.

Our factory team were instrumental in creating the high quality finish of the casino, taking each bespoke piece required from design development through to site installation and finishing to bring the client’s vision to life.
