This project involved the rebranding and refurbishment of the existing Marks Hotel on Bath Street in Glasgow city centre into an Apex branded property. Works included the refurbishment of the 104 ensuite bedrooms and 5 duplex suites across all 8 floors of the hotel as well as the fit-out of corridors, staircases and all ground floor public areas.

A new reception area was created with tiled finishes, corian pod reception desk and management offices. We also fully fit-out the hotel restaurant and bar area with tiled floor finishes and marble countertops and bespoke oak casegoods were created by our manufacturing division. The excellence in quality and luxury finishes are evident throughout the modern, city centre hotel.
