We were engaged as Principal Contractors to refurbish an old vaulted storage space for architectural firm HawkinsBrown studio; located in the Grassmarket area of Edinburgh.

The full project consisted of underground drainage improvements and structural alterations; installation of insulated wall linings and partitioning; a full mechanical, electrical and plumbing installation including air conditioning and designer lighting; as well as new staff kitchens, acoustic panelling and decoration.  The internal painted brickwork was sandblasted clean so that the existing stone could be preserved and incorporated into the studio’s overall design.

Internal alterations for HawkinsBrown studio were completed across the two ground floor units. This gave an updated feel to the office space which was handed over to a delighted client.
