The project, for previous client St Leonard’s School, saw our site team restore this B-listed building in the heart of St Andrews to create 5 self contained apartments.

Due to the age of the building, significant structural works had to be carried out in order to retain the original fabric of the building which sits adjacent to the Pends.

The fantastic finishes that can be seen throughout each of the 5 apartments, stairwell and corridors were completed by our Decorating division.
