As part of the refurbishment and fit-out of the Principal Charlotte Square Hotel, Edinburgh; we carried out structural works to transform the external courtyard into an internal F&B area.  Works included the creation of a new roof structure and framework for the glazing of the glass roof.  Scaffolding was erected around the new roof structure to carry out simultaneous external stone cladding repair and ductwork.

Within the new space, we carried out extensive joiner work; creating different seating areas and manufactured the bespoke bar and business desk for the space and refurbished the passageways and bathrooms.

Hotel guests can now enjoy the stunning indoor courtyard, The Garden, which is now internationally award-winning and recognised partly for its Biophilic design.
