As the Principal Contractor for the refurbishment of the Redhurst Hotel in Giffnock, we carried out extensive works to transform the dated interiors which hadn’t been upgraded since the building’s construction in the 1960’s.

All interior spaces within the building were refurbished with new partitions and wall linings installed as well as the replacement of all doors and ironmongery and new floor coverings throughout. Each of the 17 guest bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms; all public F&B areas and back of house; corridors and stairwells were updated with a fresh, modern design.

The exterior of the building was also refreshed with repairs to the existing cladding substrate and the installation of new exterior cladding; including timber cladding to the canopy entrance area.

The bedrooms, restaurant and bar area also benefitted from the manufacture and installation of bespoke pieces created by our highly skilled Manufacturing division including the bedroom desks and TV units and the curved booth seating, waiter station and DJ booth in the onsite restaurant: The Bird & Bell.
