Small Works
We provide a Small Works, Repair and Planned and Reactive Maintenance service with all of the support and standards associated with our main contractor services. Our team responds efficiently and effectively to any fit-out, manufacturing, decorating, M&E, repair and maintenance requirement.
Our Small Works Division work closely with our other internal divisions, our specialist sub-contractors and key external suppliers to ensure that exceptional quality is offered throughout every project and beyond project completion.
We deliver approximately 200 projects per year and therefore have extensive experience which we bring to all of our Small Works projects. Our team work with high profile clients from a variety of sectors including STV, Fettes College, Hunterston Power Station, British Airways and Shell Energy.

Small Works ManagerI’ve been part of the Small Works team for over 20 years and my role involves estimating for the projects that our division undertakes. We have a great relationship with all of our clients which is why we experience high levels of repeat custom.
