Virgin Money, Edinburgh

Strip out and refurbishment of the lower ground, part first, second and third floors of an existing office development at 28 St Andrews Sq, Edinburgh to form a Head Office facility for Virgin Money.

The works include the formation of a new atrium complete with a steel staircase incorporating glazed balustrades from the 2nd to 3rd floors, the replacement of the existing air conditioning, ventilation, lighting and IT installations, together with the upgrading of the associated mechanical and electrical services.

Formation of cellular offices comprised a mixture of plasterboard and glazed demountable partitions together with the formation of a new M/F acoustic ceiling complete with extensive lighting features, the replacement of all floor finishes and the installation of various tea preparation areas and kitchens. Manufactured joinery items for meeting booths, training, IT build and post rooms were also supplied and installed, together with a veneered feature paneling to walls and ceilings. All associated decoration to wall, ceilings, doors and skirtings.
