Extensive refurbishment of a third floor property including full roof replacement, external windows and complete renewal of Mechanical & Electrical.

Initial commencement included the external works package of roof and external windows replacement and brickwork repairs.

Upon replacement of the entire roof we progressed with the extensive refurbishment of the existing third floor residential property which comprised internal strip out of all existing fittings/furnishings including Mechanical & Electrical services. This also involved the formation to a new layout suited to modern day living.

The complete renovation comprised new Mechanical & Electrical services, floors, wall and ceiling finishes, new kitchens, bathrooms and en suites, whilst existing tenants remained within the adjoining properties.
