Alterations to, and fit-out of, a complex city centre developer shell to form high quality corporate headquarters.

Located within a restricted access site in Edinburgh city centre, we carried out a programme of works to convert four floors of a developer shell into exceptionally high quality offices, with a specific focus on corporate grade security, and creation of a unique floor by floor branding experience.

Working closely with the end user client and their design team, we made significant alterations to the shell and core, prior to the installation of a number of data, telephony and acoustically secure meeting rooms and state-of-the-art video conference facility.

Each of floors required independent power, data, and security measures, reconfiguration to accommodate specific business operations, and extensive custom wall panelling, furniture installations, and decoration packages to achieve an overall corporate identity.

Additional works included the formation of a canteen facility, heavily branded reception area, and a number of Board standard meeting rooms.
