Lower Gilmore Place Phase 2 Update

We are pleased to provide an update on Lower Gilmore Place Phase 2. At the end of last year, we achieved a key milestone by connecting the buildings from Phases 1 and 2. This step moves us closer to the fit-out stage and represents significant progress in the project timeline.
In addition, we recently connected our first shower pod to the hot and cold water supply lines, the electrical supply, and the drainage system. An external company fabricated the pods and delivered them to our site late last year, in time for installation. Our team then craned each pod into place in its studio before building the next floor above. Using off-site manufacturing helped us reduce on-site installation time.
Inside the building, we are installing first-fix containment on the first floor, along with dry lining, cable encasements, and fire protection. These activities prepare the space for the upcoming mechanical and electrical fit-out stages.
A rollable Haki roof now covers the connection between the two buildings, making the structure wind and water-tight. We plan to remove it in about a week as permanent roofing progresses. Our team has topped the front and rear gable ends with mansard roofs, increasing usable interior space.
The project continues to progress steadily. We look forward to sharing further updates as we move into the next phases and begin the internal fit-out at Lower Gilmore Place Phase 2.
