We support our employees via our internal training scheme and help them to develop the knowledge, skills and experience they need to achieve their professional goals and objectives.
We invest in the next generation of quality tradespeople by offering a number of apprenticeships each year. We employ apprentices in a number of trades including Joinery, Machining, Electrical, Painting & Decorating. Our apprentices all benefit from mentoring and support from our experienced site teams, comprehensive training and practical work experience while completing their apprenticeship.
The 5% Club
The goal of The 5% Club is to increase the employment and career prospects of today’s youth and equip the UK with the skilled workforce it needs to safeguard Britain’s economy. We share in this vision and are investing in the future of our company through apprenticeships, trainee positions and a full and continuous programme of training and re-training for our employees.
