Thomas Johnstone Ltd has been appointed as the main contractor for the Ardbeg House refurbishment in Port Ellen. In addition, our Manufactured Joinery division is crafting bespoke pieces to enhance the unique character of the hotel. Progress and Timeline

Currently, our team at Thomas Johnstone Ltd is making excellent progress on the refurbishment. At this stage, we are installing the first fix services, alongside some second fix partitions. Additionally, tiling work is scheduled to begin in March, bringing us one step closer to completion.

Looking ahead, with an anticipated opening in Autumn 2025, guests can now start planning their stay at Ardbeg House. Bookings are already open! Excitement is building as we move closer to unveiling this stunning transformation.
