This project transformed a historic building into a luxurious 12-bedroom retreat for Ardbeg Distillery. Working with Russell Sage Studio, we delivered the full fit out including bar, restaurant, and whisky cave. In addition, over 20 Scottish artisans created handcrafted furnishings and finishes. The result combines authentic local craftsmanship with timeless design integrity.

Crieff Hydro Hotel, Perthshire

We managed the refurbishment of this landmark resort while it remained open to guests. The project introduced a new bar, upgraded dining spaces, and a stylish speakeasy.
