We are delighted to share a first look at our work inside Dalian House!

The images below show our site team’s exciting progress at this build-to-rent development in Glasgow’s Charing Cross so far.

The internal demolition works are now completed, and our team has begun to erect internal walls on each of the building’s 5No levels. We are forming the apartments and corridors of this new development.  Work will soon begin to restore the building’s exterior, including new external cladding. It will not only add extra acoustic cover but will aid in heat retention for the entire building.  Furthermore, the building will benefit from the installation of all new windows, including the addition of a number of windows for apartments located towards the rear of the building.

When complete, the building will host 92No apartments: 17 studios, 58 one-bed and 17 two-bed apartments.  It is ideally located between the city’s busy financial district and the bars and restaurants of the trendy Finnieston area. Once the renovation is complete, residents will benefit from shared internal common amenity facilities, including a co-working hub, meeting spaces and a gym. In addition, they will also enjoy external community spaces, including landscaped gardens.
