Since our elevator removal post a couple of months ago, our team have opened the floorplates of the four previously vacant stores to create one open space and installed additional structural support beams.

We are also preparing the flat roof on the project’s newer buildings to be re-felted.  We had to demolish an existing room to make room for the new plant and will adjust the gradient to improve drainage.

TJL is carrying out these works in preparation for an exciting new retailer occupying the stores on the centre’s Argyle Street elevation.
