TJL teams continue to make significant progress on the Love Loan PBSA building, an exciting purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) development in the heart of Glasgow. Step by step, our team is bringing the 179 apartments to life. We made significant progress recently as we installed all M&E plant onto the building’s top floor and level 2 roof space. This marks a crucial step toward completing the essential infrastructure that will support the development’s long-term functionality.

Located in the heart of Glasgow, this stunning new neighbourhood by Chris Stewart Group is redefining city living. From top-floor views to precision-crafted interiors, every element of these apartments reflects the vision and unique character of this new neighbourhood.

TJL is proud to contribute to this transformative project through our expertise in fit-out, M&E installation, and high-quality manufacturing. Our Manufacturing Division played a key role by producing standardised furniture for the apartments, including bed bases, desks, wardrobes, and kitchen units. In addition, they crafted a custom reception desk for level 1, along with bespoke booth seating, enhancing the communal spaces.

Meanwhile, our specialist fit-out team is currently installing acoustic flooring on level 2. It will provide vital sound insulation between floors, ensuring a quiet and comfortable environment for future residents.
