As Freshers’ Weeks kick off across Scotland, we’re excited to see students filling our cities with new energy!

Our recent project at Lower Gilmore Place, Edinburgh, was designed with students in mind. This 4-storey PBSA building, perfectly located along the Union Canal, offers 69 modern studio apartments, communal gardens, and ground-floor spaces for meeting and socialising – an ideal setting for student life.

Our team successfully delivered this £8m project for Glencairn Properties in 2023, creating a fresh, vibrant living space just in time for the new semester.
